Limited vegan options..but good! - Edit
Only main courses are avocado on toast and banana bread. Both delicious though. There are a few vegan sweet treats / cakes.

Nice but limited mains and expensive - Edit
Only vegan options for a main dish were the avocado toast or banana bread. I had the avocado toast which was fantastic, definitely one of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately let down by the price, it seemed fairly reasonable at £9.95 but a coffee cost £4.80! Lots of vegan cakes but again very expensive at £4.50 a pop!

Great local cafe - Edit
Amazing selection of vegan cakes (salted caramel pretzel brownie is my favourite)! The banana bread & avocado on toast are also really delicious (both vegan). The Brie & sweet chilli jam croissant (veggie) is also really tasty

Great vegan cookies, - Edit
Hitchin has fairly limited vegan options at the moment, so it was nice to visit Joey's Brunch and have two options of vegan cookies, plus fresh food in the counter. It's a bit on the expensive side, the type of place you post about on Instagram. Gets busy at lunchtimes.
