Veggie Burrito - Edit
While the other reviews suggested the tofu burrito, my husband and I opted for the vegetable burrito without cheese. While it was tasty, it seemed to be lacking something in the flavour department unless you added hot sauce. It was still a solid meal/option, but nothing overly "special".

Unlike traditional Mexican restaurants where beans/rice/veggies are the go to for vegans, Joe's is special because they offer beer battered tofu. They also make beans/rice vegan (no chicken stock/lard). You must order vegetarian items without cheese to be vegan. I highly recommend the tofu burrito with no cheese and add guac!
