Read moreThe first time I was apologised to and given a replacement meal. The second and third time my meal was replaced but didn’t receive an apology or anything (despite eating meat but being vegan for 6 years). I understand that mistakes can happen so I gave them more chances and kept coming back but 3 times to accidentally eat meat at one place is insane. I reached out to them via social media to let them know that this was a consistent thing happening at their stall but was left on read.
I am not the one to name and shame, as I believe their food is great but since this is a vegan review app, I thought I would be honest in my experiences with them and how little I feel that they care. So if you plan to eat here, perhaps triple check your ‘vegan’ dumplings!
