i get the hype - Edit
i got the vegan sammie and it was pretty good! a little dry for me, id ask for some kind of sauce next time, if you don’t like drier sandwiches.
Read morethere’s lots of vegan options that i haven’t tried yet, ive only been once.
i also got the chai latte with oat milk, a little thicker/denser than what i usually get but its pretty good still!

My go-to in the Boro - Edit
I got hooked on Joe & Dough because of their wonderful espresso, but recently tried their vegan Sammie and vegan glazed donut. Both were heavenly and the portions were large and not terribly expensive. Can't wait to try their other options

I’m a Taco Bell hot sauce collector so definitely throw that on the burrito if you have some.

Tons of great vegan options and the coffee drinks are delicious - Edit
There are numerous vegan options on the menu for breakfast and lunch. Including a selection of vegan donuts and all of their coffee drinks can be made with plant-based milks.

Decent breakfast option - Edit
I wouldn’t go out of my way/drive far to come to this place again, but it was pretty decent! They have a vegan egg and potato bowl, breakfast burrito, and breakfast sandwich. The burrito wasn’t my favorite, but the sandwich was pretty good! It didn’t come with the vegan egg so I had to add it, which I found odd. The burrito didn’t come with any salsa, which I also found odd. Their coffee and bagels are both really good though!

Excited for options, please make more vegan donuts! - Edit
I've heard from other area vegans that this place sells out of vegan donuts every weekend. I'm not sure why they don't make more! We were there at 9 am on a Sunday and got the last one. It was very good though!
Read moreThankfully they have a few vegan options on the menu, clearly labeled. I had the potato dish, which was delicious! IT was vegan egg, sausage and cheese on potatoes with peppers. I really enjoyed it. My husband got the burrito and was pleased. They have all the vegan milk options for drinks.
It was nice to have a fun breakfast option in the area. I hope they'll start making more vegan donuts so we can try more.
Pros: clearly marked, delicious, fried donuts
Cons: ran out of donuts early
