Frequent summer stop for us - Edit
its a bagel place, not a huge menu but they do have coffee, tea and sandwiches in addition to bagels.
Read moreYou can get some pretty good sandwiches made vegetarian, I wish they had a few more options though with veg/vegan meat or mushrooms instead of real meat.
Wife loves their Chai tea.
Very small inside. A few years ago they had seating in the back. Not much, but you could get a table. On our last visit they had that area closed off. Parking is also a challenge.
We'd probably visit here a lot more if they had seating again and the parking situation is bad. They share only a handful of spots with a couple other businesses. Also, the spots are short and narrow, if someone with a large truck or SUV is parked in one, it makes it hard to even drive or turn in the lot. There is a plaza across the street, maybe they should look into relocating there.
Overall good place if you want a bagel, sandwich, coffee, or tea with options for vegetarians and non-vegs alike.
Pros: Lots of choices for Sandwiches and bagels., Surprisingly good coffee and tea
Cons: More veg sandwich options would be great, PLEASE bring back indoor seating, Parking is a nightmare.

Not good, not terrible - Edit
They have hummus (cedar's) or tofutti vegan cream cheese available, but the bagels themselves are pretty tasteless. Years ago they carried H&H but have changed vendors. Not that I eat eggs, but all the egg sandwiches and hot sandwiches seemed to be cooked in single use plastic tubs in the microwave. There is a pretty good hummus wrap, but I got it on iggy's rosemary foccacia instead. Everything, coffee included, seemed a bit expensive but it is Cape Cod. You can also "eat to your own beat" and make up a sandwich or bagel toppings of your choice. Good if you're in a pinch and on the way to the beach, but nothing incredible. It would be nice if they had vegan protein available besides hummus.
Read morePros: Mostly all bagels are vegan, Organic, but not local, coffee
Cons: Expensive , Lack of vegan protein options, Tofutti is pretty nasty

Delicious breakfast lunch spot with yummy vegan options - Edit
Stopped here for a quick bite. They have several vegan bagel portions and vegan cream cheese with toppings. They also have many salads, sandwiches, coffee and smoothies! The bagel I had was delicious and I bought some incredible organic coffee beans to take home. I will return and I highly recommend!

Not enough good options for vegans - Edit
The manager or owner is very knowledgeable about what is and is not vegan, and unfortunately the only vegan spread is tofutti cream cheese. The chocolate powder used for the mochas contains milk. The bagels are okay, but not worth a return visit for us.
Read morePros: Knowledgeable owner, Most bagels are vegan, Friendly service
Cons: Limited options, Only labeled vegan spread is Tofutti

Not many options - Edit
When I was ordering, I specified that I wanted vegan cream cheese and the veggie bacon...had to ask specifically if the veggie bacon was vegan and it wasn’t. Had egg whites. not labeled. bagel was good.

Cute hole-in-the-wall cafe - Edit
I love the atmosphere of this place. Not a ton of vegan options, but there's some. Bagel with vegan cream cheese, you can make your own sandwich with a black bean burger as the base, and they have non-dairy alternatives for add ins to drinks. Good place to grab breakfast or a small lunch.

Cons: Vegan options on menu aren't labeled
