It was very good - Edit
I went to eat around 2 pm. It was not busy. Wait staff very friendly and prepared my vegan ramen with modifications I asked for. Serving was generous and tasty. I would return next time In Wichita #Veganuary

I want to like Jinya more than I do - Edit
I’ve been here a few times and I truly want to love this place. The location is so hip and the views of downtown Wichita feel unique. The food is alright. The good thing is that because they are a franchise, they offer an allergen menu online. The kitchen has bad timing which causes the meals to come out in a weird order. Highly recommend not ordering your entree until you’re receive your appetizer.

Vegan Ramen in Kansas travelling through - Edit
Travelling through Kansas can be a challenge finding Vegan food so we decided to stop here. When I saw that the front of the menu advertised their Vegan options, I was so happy! I got the Flying Vegan Harvest. My husband got the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. It was a big portion for both of us with a little spice but very tasty. Great service by our server Lynn , and as we were about to leave she told us the Impossible Tacos were a happy hour special, so we got some to go. Will definitely stop again when travelling through. Very clean with relaxing atmosphere too.

Yummy vegan ramen bowls - Edit
JINYA was a fantastic place to eat. They had an entire part of their menu separated for their (at the time) 3 vegan dishes. I had the full harvest vegan. Absolutely delicious. Could not ask for more. A little on the spicy side if you're not used to it. (like me) also had the impossible gyoza. They were a great app. Had a slightly taste of impossible which they could improve the flavor of. Otherwise I would recommend this place to any vegan. Especially if you have non vegans coming with you.

I did not have that issue at all. But I came around 830pm on a Thursday. Maybe it was just the timing of everything. I guess if you come during dinner/lunch rush maybe expect a wait?
Pros: Separate vegan section on the menu, Multiple options , Great flavor
Cons: Could be more , Gyoza plain flavor

Good vegan options - Edit
We ordered the Brussels Sprouts Tempura, Impossible Tacos, and Impossible Gyoza. All items were good. I love all the different vegan options. The service was pretty slow, but the music wasn't too loud.
