Vegan options but… - Edit
Extremely expensive, mix-ups, food wasn’t great. I wanted to treat myself to a nice lunch on a work trip. I ordered the lunch special. They brought the appetizer and I asked if it was the vegan one and the waiter said no. He brought another plate a few minutes later, this time he confirmed it was vegan. I ate a few pieces of tempura and then my ramen came. I got yuzu and the noodles and tofu were good, but the broth wasn’t. I love yuzu and didn’t taste any. It just tasted weird. I took the appetizers to go. I just bit into one and it looks like pork, not impossible. I tossed everything. $2 surcharge for vegan so with a drink and tip it was a $38 lunch, nothing was great will not go back.

Great ramen. Allergen issues - Edit
I got the creamy vegan ramen and the flying vegan ramen. Both were excellent. My complaint comes with the fact that the restaurant has cross contamination with shell fish with all noodles, chic peas, and broccoli. They cannot make any of the 3 main vegan entrees they offer without cross contamination with shellfish. They both boil and fry the shrimp with the noodles and vegetables. I am thankful to the waitress for letting me know this information. I know cross contamination is a known risk at any non-vegan restaurant but I was disappointed that they didn't have any options without cross contamination.

Really great - Edit
Noodles were nice and bouncy, broth was flavourful, and they did not skimp on the toppings. I got the flying vegan harvest - it’s decently spicy!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The vegan options were great and extended well beyond just the ramen. The staff is very friendly.

Really good. - Edit
Love the variety of vegan options. Three vegan ramen options are clearly labeled but there are also vegan appetizers and a taco that aren’t labeled. The staff seem knowledgeable about what is and what isn’t vegan. Heads up, the main chili paste used to make the non-vegan ramen spicy is not vegan according to my waiter today. But there is an alternative chili paste without animal products.

The creamy vegan broth is the best - Edit
I can eat the spicy creamy vegan ramen WAY too fast. Not even savor it, just gulp it down. They are now also offering options with Impossible meats.

I was surprised how many vegan options there were! Staff was very helpful and nice. The creamy spicy vegan ramen was soooo creamy and had such depth of flavor! I loved it so much I went back a day later to eat it again! Seriously though that and the impossible bun and gyoza all melt in your mouth. Hop on a line scooter and go there today!

Best Ramen!!! - Edit
Ok, I have been searching far and wide in the US for ramen that could compare to that which I had in Japan, and I have found it! I had the flying vegan harvest and .... Just wow! Literally no words do it justice. So delicious! And the wait staff we so kind, to boot! Can't recommend enough!

Multiple vegan ramens - Edit
Most places offer only 1 vegan ramen, if any. Jinya has 3 (!) plus multiple other options. We tried the Flying Vegan Harvest and Tsunami White Pearl, and requested 0 spice. It was so delicious ! They also have an extensive and impressive whiskey selection.

Jonesing for Vegan Ramen? Check! - Edit
Out of all the vegan options available, we love the Vegan Bun, Vegan Tacos, and Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. When you're jonesing for some great Japanese ramen, this place can meet that need in a delectable way that is almost impossible to find elsewhere. Incredible! Good selection of cocktails too, with a focus on Japanese whisky and sake.

Good ramen, but expensive - Edit
I love their flying vegan ramen. It has fresh veggies, soy meat, tofu, and a delicious creamy broth. Unfortunately, they give you a really small amount of broth if you order take out. They also upcharge for the vegan noodles. They also have a spicy miso broth choice with tofu and veggies. They have a vegan Beyond slider appetizer, but I've never tried it. I don't mind spending money on good food, but $30 for ramen is a lot.

Delicious ramen - Edit
This is my favorite place for vegan ramen outside of Japan. Why so much love? NO mushrooms!! It is so hard to find vegan broth that doesn’t involve mushrooms - which we all despise. There are 2 different ramen broths at Jinya and both are great. Vegan items are clearly marked and food is consistently and reliably flavorful and plentiful. The vegan rice bowl is also delicious and a huge side of edamame makes for a yummy hotel meal!
