Best vegan ramen - Edit
I could eat this bowl every day!! The flying vegan harvest is one of two vegan ramen options, but I prefer this to the spicy creamy vegan. The broth is so flavorful and the toppings pair wonderfully.

Great place, good vibe, fast service that is super friendly. The food is tasty. A bit expensive but good for an occasional treat because there was a fair amount of sodium 🧂 in the meal. We ordered 2 vegan ramen bowls, edamame and two impossible buns and our bill was $54 without tip.

There are three vegan ramen options but there are also a handful of appetizer options. You will have to wait for a little while (even for car seating) but it is definitely worth the wait! Hot sake and ramen makes a cold day even better!

Especially ramen from here. First time here I wanted to see what all the hype is about and boy o boy the broth is something else. I only tried the spicy creamy vegan ramen and I was blown away by the dynamic flavors. Honestly I can’t wait to go back and try something else.
