This was such an amazing surprise. We didn't expect much from a non-vegan place, as usually the ramen options we've found are so bland. Just some miso broth or something that tastes like better bouillon. But OMG. All 3 of the vegan ramen are amazing, and all very different. So flavorful. The creamy version is rich and has a lot of depth. The Harvest ramen has a flavor that I can only describe as 'perfumey', but in a 100% good way. Even the toppings are all seasoned perfectly on their own and complement the ramen very well. The noodlea are delicious. They make such an impact on the flavor of the meal. Also loved the Impossible Tacos and Impossible Bun. Shout out to the actual bun - so soft and like a cloud (we've had some very dry ones in SLC). Well be back. There are also some options like the miso eggplant, the corn and others that aren't marked vegan but are completely vegan according to the menu. Waitress didn't know why. ☹️

Always prefer ramen places that have clear vegan options on menu. The ramen was really good. I had them change to more traditional thin noodle. Service was also excellent.

Best Vegan Ramen I've Gotten - Edit
Their spicy creamy vegan ramen is the best I've gotten. The broth is ultra flavorful, the amount of noodles is generous and the toppings nicely compliment the ramen. I haven't gotten to try any of their other ramens as I'm such a fan of the creamy spicy one. It's the second Jinya location I visit and the ramen was consistent and delicious at both. I got the tempura Brussels sprouts as a side / appetizers and they're good.

I always get the spicy creamy vegan ramen and it is INCREDIBLE. After you finish your noodles you can replenish them for like $2!
