Great ramen! - Edit
I got the spicy creamy vegan ramen and it was super good. They had 3 different vegan ramen to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely go there again.

You could do worse - Edit
I've only been here once, so take it as a traveler's view. The spicy creamy tofu vegan ramen was not spicy at all (I also requested extra spice), but it was still tasty. The tofu is the real tragedy here. It was like tofu prepared by someone who just doesn't like tofu. Cold, soft, flavorless blocks dropped in to ruin an otherwise ok ramen. No marinading or flavoring in the broth or sear or... Just anything to attempt to make it palatable.
Read moreI also got the quinoa salad. I thought that was pretty solid. It's overpriced for what you get though. $11 is just too much for such a small and modest serving, especially with no real stand out qualities.
Pros: The ramen broth was tasty, Kale noodle options
Cons: Expensive, Worst tofu ive had in a long time, Very one dimensional ramen

Good ramen - Edit
I don't believe there is anything authentic about cubed tofu in ramen, but I was very happy with my flavorful and filling miso ramen. I also caught a whiff of their curry while we were waiting, and it smelled like the real deal.
Read moreWhile I commend them having three vegan ramen options, really it's more like 2.5. Vegan tantanmen and/or char siu made of seitan might be too much to ask of a chain restaurant, but I would at the very least introduce some shoyu ramen into the mix.

Great Ramen - Edit
Great ramen place that I frequent all over the USA. I always get the vegan flying harvest with as much black garlic oil as possible!
