Yummy

There are three vegan ramens to choose from. I had the spicy opal, and it was quite tasty! Love the shiitake and bamboo with tofu. I also love the noodles and broth. Spacious restaurant! It feels very Japanese even if all the workers are not Japanese. I can hear them saying a lot of Japanese phrases which makes me feel like I’m in Japan.

Creative with Tons of Vegan Choices!

Creative vegan options at an upscale, modern ramen bar. Both inside and outside seating are comfortable and over all a good vibe to go out for dinner. They have enough vegan options to try something new each time you come here. Definitely a good place to come with carni's too. I definitely recommend the impossible tacos an vegan creamy ramen 👍

Good ramen and options

The shopping plaza is a cute place to explore. They have several vegan ramens to choose from and all are really good. There are also vegan (impossible) gyozas and baos. Highly recommend.

Pros: Several vegan options, Cute plaza

Cons: Have to pay for parking

Delicious ramen with huge vegan selection!

I’m always so glad to see a ramen menu (or any menu for that matter) with more than just ‘a vegetarian version’. This place had so many options for vegans to choose from that we had a hard time deciding. Price-wise, I’d say it was pretty standard ($13-$16 a plate) but the flavors were BEYOND worth it. Adding Impossible Meat to a dish is always welcome, but here they marinated it some special way - it was sweet, it was savory, it was fantastic. I had the Flying Vegan Harvest ramen, and I actually couldn’t finish it, to my deep deep shame. The staff was really friendly and kept asking me if I wanted a to-go bowl, but walking with soup embarrasses me, cause it’s just a sign of my failure as an adult. I will be back to regain my own self respect.

Pros: Extensive vegan menu, Happy hour & lunch specials , Amazing flavors

Cons: Cramped inside
