Serval vegan options, delicous ramen! - Edit
We enjoyed our dinner at Jinya Ramen. The impossible rice bowl and spicy vegan ramen were both amazing! We loved how customizable the ramen was. They also have several other well labeled vegan options. My only complaint is that the music was pretty loud, and made it hard to have a conversation.

Lots of options - tofu and impossible - Edit
It was just me getting take out one night so I only had one bowl of the hot & sour ramen. Delicious broth, raw tofu, mushrooms etc. $18 tax at the time.
