I have now been to this restaurant many times, it is wonderful. Everything I've ordered is excellent, the servings are filling, and the quality of food is excellent!

Impossible buns are great. Vegan ramens were all good, just that I don’t like cilantro in Japanese ramen it was a little weird lol but broth is awesome, lots of tofu, lovely!

Delicious Vegan Options - Edit
I ordered the Vegan Harvest Ramen and the impossible dumplings. Everything was really good, though, I’ve realized I’m just not a big fan of impossible meat. My mom (non veg) also ordered the vegan harvest and enjoyed it just as much as I did.

Amazing vegan ramen and other apps! - Edit
I typically wouldn’t pick ramen during a Texas July, but I was feeling under the weather and decided I needed ramen in my life.
Read moreCame here for early dinner on a Saturday evening and was met with a decent crowd. My fiancé and I sat at the bar. The entire back page of the menu is filled with the vegan options. Super cute. I tried the impossible gyoza and the spicy creamy vegan ramen. Both were very good. Next time, I will add some extra veggies to the ramen. The only complaint was that the tofu was just kind of cut up and thrown in. I’m not a huge fan of the texture or flavor of tofu (I’m a bad vegan, I know), so that was off putting to me. I wish they had grilled it a bit or something. Otherwise I will be returning! I want to try the other vegan apps.

Incredible!! Delicious food - Edit
I got the Impossible Bun to start and the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. Both were DELICIOUS!! So flavorful. My husband is a picky eater who’s so-so about ramen and even he was impressed with the spicy creamy (with the chili oil on the side as he is less heat tolerant). Jinya also has a nice ambience and good service.
Read moreMy only note is that I wish their staff were more knowledgeable about the vegan options, or that “vegan” was on the key. Their special starter was caramelized cauliflower, which sounded amazing, and when I asked the waiter said it was vegan so I ordered it—but then she came back and said it wasn’t, only vegetarian, but she couldn’t say what made it not vegan. It’s strange that a place that goes so far as to have vegan mayo apparently doesn’t have any vegan vegetable options. But—a small complaint when what they do have is SO good!
