More than just ramen…

I’ve been to some of their other locations and have tried their vegan ramens which are quite good. Today, I wanted to try the “Impossible Rice Bowl” which was made with Impossible meat, crispy chickpeas and a vegan curry dressing. The bowl had great texture, taste and was very filling. I also had the “Impossible Gyoza” which I’ve had before and which are very good. This place never disappoints.

Yum!

Loved the spicy creamy vegan ramen! Both the hostess and waitress told me it’s their favorite menu item, despite not being vegan themselves. It did not disappoint; very flavorful. The quinoa salad was delicious too. The Impossible bao bun was ok; not great, but interesting to try as an app. This location has a full bar; the Shiso Fresh cocktail was amazing! (Several interesting cocktail choices). I’ll definitely be coming back.
