Comforting and delicious - Edit
Multiple labeled vegan options and an impossible steamed bun appetizer. Spicy vegan creamy ramen is my go-to, but the red fire opal is great too. Good noodle texture with lots of tofu and veggies.

So good! - Edit
I had impossible gyoza and spicy vegan ramen and they were both delicious! 😍
Read moreThe waitress also promptly let me know which of the sauces on the table were vegan without me having to ask (2 out of 3 sauces are!), I really appreciated it!

Good ramen - Edit
I ordered the flying vegan harvest ramen without corn and sub impossible meats for tofu. It was delicious and filling. Also ordered a seaweed salad which was good. Restaurant has other vegan options on the menu too like gyoza.

Spicy creamy vegan - Edit
This ramen makes me ascend to a higher astral plane and see new colors. If anything this review is underselling how good this ramen was. I’ve actually had this ramen at a few Jinya locations now and this one was by far the best, I don’t know how they did it.

Yummy options - Edit
Just ate here for the first time and was delighted with my creamy spicy vegan ramen and the Impossible gyoza. I had lunch with an omnivore whose noodles looked totally different from mine, so found that reassuring.

Great Vegan Ramen - Edit
The vegan ramen is super good. I know some here are saying that the noodles in this dish are not vegan. I checked with them yesterday when I ordered and they confirmed there is no egg in the noodles. They are made from wheat. I hope this clears it up for the ramen lovers.

Good Ramen, Review Concerning - Edit
I have had jinya ramen in vancouver, bc & bellevue, wa! I always always enjoyed my ramen, and raved about it. However, after reading the review about that the ramen possibly contains eggs is concerning to say the least. I will definitely ask next time my family eats here. Disappointing!

Spicy Vegan Ramen is not actually vegan! - Edit
We recently tried ordering the spicy vegan ramen and our server informed us that they were out. Seeing that they also have a vegetarian bowl, I asked if that one was also vegan, and they said yes, except for the thin noodles, which contain egg. So, we asked for the vegetarian ramen with the thick noodles that they usually use in the vegan bowl. Shortly after, the chef came to our table and said he checked the labels on their noodle boxes and ALL of their noodles contain egg! We asked, "even the noodles you use in your vegan bowl?!" and he said yes. So I'd you have ever eaten the vegan bowl at this restaurant (as I have!), you have unknowingly consumed eggs. The chef was very kind about it and we thanked him for his honesty, but told him they really need to correct there menu! We ended up eating somewhere else that night.

The Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen is life! - Edit
The vegan option ramen is the best ramen I’ve ever had, even counting ones I’ve had prior to becoming vegan. You can add plenty of stuff including extra noodles and broth if you want. There is also a veggie ramen to choose from but trust me get the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. The only issue I have is that you can’t seem to order the vegan ramen before 5 pm.

Cons: Only one vegan option for ramen, Vegan option may only be available after 5pm
