Satisfying bowl of ramen. The quality of the ingredients could help is go from good to great but for a chain spot, I’m happy to have some decent options. Great for a cold winter day.

I tried the flying vegan harvest and really liked it! The broth was super tasty and I liked the combo of the impossible meat and tofu. They had lots of other vegan options as well.

JINYA has done a good job creating a variety of vegan options, including buns and dumplings as well as rice and noodle dishes. Sadly no vegan dessert. The ramen is close to $20, which felt a bit pricey. There is an option to get gluten free noodles, but it costs an additional $3. They also have fun mocktails. The service was fantastic.

Amazing restaurant to go for food and drinks with non-vegans at the mall. They have many vegan options clearly labeled in their menu. I chose the Flying Vegan Ramen and it was really good! The miso broth was a great base and all the toppings were super tasty. The thick noodles were a highlight for me - absolutely delicious! It was a big portion so it took me a while to finish it, but I honestly enjoyed every bite/slurp!
