This is a purely Chinese place, not Japanese at all. Not a single ramen dish on the menu.

The veggie dumplings were served without a shiitake mushroom filling, not sure why. They tasted a bit bland.
The homemade noodles with sauce and mixed veggies were just that. Nicely flavored with soy sauce, but nothing you’d go to a restaurant for - it takes two minutes to flavor this dish at home.
Lychee ice tea was really good.
Overall I would not come back here for two reasons, first, if you have ramen in your restaurant name, you should at least serve ramen; second, the food was just okay but nothing special.
Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Delicious tofu starter, lychee ice tea, Quick service
Cons: No ramen / Japanese food as implied, Good food but nothing to „dine out“ for

Beim Essen konnte man bei Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise jeweils 1-3 vegane Gerichte auswählen.
Das Essen kam super schnell und war geschmacklich echt top.
Meiner nicht veganen Begleitung, die auch vegan gegessen hatte, hat es auch sehr gut geschmeckt.
Absolut empfehlenswert!
