good food, no nonsense - Edit
There seems to be only one vegan choice which is the vegan ramen. There is a laminated menu (flip it over for English). The vegan ramen is not on that menu, it is simply on handwritten signs on wall. There's also a huge chalkboard stating vegan ramen is available when you enter from ground floor.
Pros: vegan choice; other items for your non vegan compa, air con, luminous room, like you are in someone's eat in kitchen, very coo
Cons: only one vegan choice, smokers area in the stairs on the way out of resta

Great ramen (for now) - Edit
Firstly, the vegan ramen isn't always available. But they are responsive on Facebook--just send a message before you make the trip.
Secondly, (unless we misinterpreted him) the English speaking owner mentioned that he will be shutting down the restaurant in a month or so because he's emigrating. So if viewing this listing in November 2016 or later, be sure to double-check their social profiles!
Pros: Great vegan ramen, Nice vibe, English-speaking owner
Cons: Vegan ramen not always available

Delicious! - Edit
We got a little lost finding it (note: it is not the similarly named Jinnan cafe which is on the 6th floor a couple buildings over and which google maps defaulted us to). Once we were able to find it vegan ramen was available. Though it was not on the menu it was posted as an option on the wall in English.
It delicious! The broth was really flavorful and the noodles were good too.
My meat eating companion also enjoyed his meal.
Would definitely recommend!

"No Vegan today" - Edit
With great anticipation, we sought out Jinnan Ramen, only to be told "sorry no vegan today". We travelled a long way to be disappointed. Other customers left for same reason while we were there. Companions had meat ramen - very good. Beautiful presentation
Pros: Friendly, Large portions, Reasonable price
Cons: No vegan ramen - the reason for our trip

amazing vegan ramen - Edit
It's a very hip little place on the forth floor located near shibuya station with a cool wooden decor and great music. there's no vegan or vegetarian ramen on the menu, and so you only have one vegan option, but what a great ramen it was! it's big and creamy and authentic and I just couldn't be happier a it's almost impossible to find a vegan ramen in Tokyo. great find and definitely a must - go place for every vegan
Pros: amazing ramen, great location, good price
Cons: there only one option

Delicous, Cozy - Edit
The ramen shop only had one vegan option, which wasn't on the menu, but the store owner will ask if that is what you request. It was a delicious bowl of spicy tan tan ramen, not that spicy, but really delicious. The soy meat crumbled on top was a nice addition. The tan tan ramen wasn't at all to salty, which is a huge problem in a lot of restaurants. It was flavorful, and had a little bit of vegetables. The ramen was ¥900, which is pretty standard for an expensive area like Shibuya. The owner of the shop was super friendly, and spoke in perfect English. I probably would have had a conversation with him if I wasn't in such a pinch of time! The interior was really cozy. I highly recommend you try out Jinnan Ramen for authentic tasting vegan tan tan ramen! Would definitely be 5 stars but as it serves meat it is not possible on this website.
Pros: Friendly , Delicious, Nice interior

Yummy Vegan Ramen - Edit
Delicious vegan ramen. So happy to find this place (thanks Happy Cow) as it's so much hardier than I thought to be veg in Japan! Would give 5 stars if Happy Cow allowed non veg places to be.

Great vegan ramen - Edit
Very yummy vegan ramen! Strangely it is not listed on the menu. We were here in late May 2016. The young guy running the place spoke great English. The atmosphere was modern. The place was super clean. Very good experience. Would definitely go there again. One suggestion, put some more greens into the soup to lift the dish some more. Cheers.

Amazing vegan ramen!! - Edit
This is actually a 5 star review, but Happy Cow doesn't allow it for places that serve meat. We are currently traveling with non-vegans and finding places like Jinnan where everyone can enjoy delicious food together according to their preferences really make traveling together easy. The staff is really friendly and completely fluent in both Japanese and English, so communication is a breeze. Most of the dishes aren't vegan, but the vegan option, which is spicy tan-tan style was fantastic!!! It comes with crumbled soy meat on top. My husband and I loved it! Our meat eating friends loved their ramen too. The space is bright, clean and a break from busy Shibuya. Would highly recommend people visit this spot, and come early because quantities are limited!
Pros: friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, good prices, delicious food!!
Cons: limited quantity of vegan ramen, would like to see more vegan options
