Not many vegan options - Edit
We visited a few days ago, there is no 100% vegan main dish option other than some appetizers like the edamames, spring rolls, and miso soup. We ordered the poke bowl with mushrooms but we removed the furikake and the Japanese mayo. They mentioned the mushrooms are marinated with brown sugar and soy sauce. It was ok, a little overpriced for the amount of food we got.

Okay - Edit
Stopped by the restaurant while at the Japanese Tea Garden. Me and my friends opted to try their drinks which were good. However, not many vegan items on the menu. Would have liked to see some tofu or tempeh dishes.

Vegan sushi and bento boxes atop the Japanese Tea Garden - Edit
Reservations are probably required on a busier day. They have a vegetarian bento box which is vegan and vegan sushi. There was mixture of cooked squash, zucchini and carrots in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The rice noodles were in a similar sauce. The noodles were the only thing I would have thought could be vegetarian. But rice noodles are usually safe. This maybe the thing a person would ask about. There was a small salad with a ginger dressing. There was a seaweed salad atop cucumbers. The vegan sushi was basic. The goji tea is refreshing. The restaurant is atop the Japanese Tea Garden. That is what makes it special.
