The hotel and the restaurant ceased operations for construction/ renovation. The restaurant unlikely to reopen.

Worth the effort - Edit
This place is difficult to find on foot. No.59 is a big place with more than 2 hotels and a shopping centre. No.59 is on the crossroads of Xangmin Road and another road, the hotel is a little down the other road. It's worth finding as the food was super and the decor is nice. Not the cheapest place to eat in Nanning but a lot tastier than a pot of noodles.
Pros: good food, quick service
Cons: some dishes are quite pricey

Located on the 1st floor of the Xian Yung hotel this might be the only veg in Nanning. There are no signs outside, just enter the hotel lobby and go straight on from the doors, soon you'll see a picture of a a lotus. Restaurant is at the back, on your left. They have a english menu and they speak some english (not much). Food is delicious,mains around 30-50 yuan. Apparently not vegan, since eggs on the menu. Also mock-meat and fish. Also tea seremonies and a nice athmosphere.
