Special place - everything is good. Prepared with love. Worth the distance. Head up to the wild bird sanctuary after eating here.

Exquisite food and huge variety - Edit
The vibe is very typically Japanese, dreamy anime music in the background and the owner super friendly. We loved the food we ordered! They have 3 different menus (Japanese, western & Chinese/korean) with LOADS of options, so it was a bit difficult to decide (and don’t expect the pictures in the menu to match your order 100😖🙈 the store was a bit cold for the winter but with the provided blankets it was okay.

Pros: Innovative dishes , Super tasty

I was visiting Karuizawa during Corona (March 2021) so I was the only customer the day I went.😄
The food was amazing! Healthy and satisfying. The menu had so many dishes to choose from! I really want to come back one day and try more.
The owner is very friendly.
Has a small shop with natural items.

Oishi kata desu - Edit
We really enjoyed dining this warm and inviting restaurant. The menu has extensive options, divided into small booklets of different cuisines. We opted for the meatball curry soup, cutlet with veg curry, and vegetable soup. Everything we ordered was fresh, made to order, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this gem!

The pizza... Oh my God... - Edit
I tried the wiener pizza, and it was incredible. The size is as you'd expect in Japan, small, but they definitely did not skimp on the vegan cheese and sausage, as well as the veggies.

Pros: Truly extensive menu, Delicious

Delicious - Edit
High quality and delicious vegetarian food. Had a curry and set meal. Only downside was the price, main dishes were 2000 yen or more. No English menu.
