Offers a mushroom and a shoyu broth ramen (both vegan) with tofu and vegetables. Two donburi rice bowls come with tofu and veggies. Be sure to let your server know if vegan. Warning: not as veg friendly as it seems - Edit

Would like to recommend this place more but not really very vegetarian friendly.

You go to a ramen restaurant for the ramen. But the vegetable ramen is served with a choice of *pork* spiced egg or mushroom. Vegetarian, and you want a regular egg? No substitutions - they'll remove the egg but to replace it costs extra.

Only one choice of broth, the mushroom, is vegetarian. The miso, a fourth choice but only served with the optional-cost curly noodles, is made with chicken stock (which they don't note unless you ask). Remember, no substitutions, so you can't get curly noodles with any other broth, either.

So your only choice as a vegetarian for ramen, never mind vegan, are the house (flat) noodles with mushroom broth and mushroom topping. While the rest of your (non-vegetarian) party gets a choice from a full page of menu options. They're discussing choices while you sit there with a single option already made for you. There are 2 rice bowls on the menu that are vegetarian, again out of a full page - no substitutions.

The vegetable ramen is good, but you can't help feel like they really don't want to be put out of their way for a measly vegetarian. Go next door and feel like a full-fledged customer, rather than an afterthought.

Pros: good ramen

Cons: only one choice on the ramen menu, no substitution

Great Ramen! - Edit

Tasty ramen. There was only one vegan ramen option and I didn’t look at any of the other menu items because I was completely focused on ramen. Staff members were great!

delicious ramen - Edit

Being a ramen lover and a vegan often times doesn't work out. There aren't many authentic ramen places that offer a vegan version. I was so excited when I found this place on happy cow and it didn't disappoint. They make all of their broths and noodles in house. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a little bit of a "bite". The ingredients were fresh. Ambiance was nice as well with low lighting. Service was promt and friendly.
