Quick and delicious!

We stopped in Peterborough for lunch while on a road trip and didn't want to spend too much time at a sit-down restaurant. We happened to park in front of this place and decided to give it a try. I had the sweet potato burrito and it was delicious! The size small was more than enough as they stuffed it full. Everything is made to order, Subway style, so you get to choose your fillings (lots of veg options) and specify no cheese. There are several salsas to choose from and really good guac! They also had a falafel option that looked good.
