Vegan Eating Cayman Brac

It's incredibly difficult to find places to eat as a vegan (and to some extent vegetarian) on Brac. I'm sure lots of restaurants would be happy to provide an option but few have an online presence with a menu and fewer list items that look veggie friendly. Jimmy D's menu can be found online through the good taste Cayman website and features several tofu options, which are not specifically labelled as vegan. We went to the bar and had some nice (and affordable - ask for the deals they have on) cocktails, and I then chose the tofu stir fry. I checked it was vegan with the bar tender who confirmed and recommended Bread & Chocolate on Grand Cayman. The portions were huge and prices are already far lower than other restaurants we'd been to in CI. The stir fry was great. I'd definitely go back. Seating is all outside so there are quite a lot of insects about. There are fans which offer a bit of breeze but if you're going for lunch it might get pretty warm
