moist, delicious cupcakes

As someone who use to bake professionally (at a cupcake bakery) I'm not the easiest to please when it comes to baked goods. I happened to see a sign on the window saying they had vegan options. They had 4 flavors of vegan cupcake (chocolate, lemon, vanilla and strawberry). So far I've only had the vanilla and it was delicious! It was moist and flavorful. I will definitely try other flavors and it's nice to see cupcakes available at a bakery without special order.
