Ich hatte die Nudeln in Erdnusssauce mit Tofu. Die Nudeln machen sie selbst. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und fast jedes Gericht gibt es vegan.

Nudeln Nr. 40 und die Dumplings waren super, Nudeln Nr 21 waren schlicht Nudeln in einer Sojabrühe mit sehr wenig Gemüsebeilage – für den Preis mehr erwartet.

... bei dem letzten Besuch ist mir aufgefallen, dass sowohl die Nudeln, welche für Vegane Gerichte verwendet werden, als auch die Garnelen ( und vermutlich alles andere) in dem selben Wasserbad gewaschen wird.

Für die Leute die sich davon nicht gestört fühlen bietet JIA sehr leckere Vegane Dumplings an, die geschmacklich definitiv zu empfehlen sind!

Small restaurant, family owned, 2 vegan dumpling options , one with vegan minced meat and cabbage , one with minced meat and veggies. You Maybe they will offer more in the future if you ask for during your visit.

One vegan noodle soup and one choice of noodles with veggies are offered as well. Very tasty.
Dangerous: the choice of beers. Along with non-alcoholic choices you find a huge amount of tasty craft beers and IPAs. From chocolate beer to cherry beside caramel or gingerbread-beer.
Careful: in some beers, you find lactose! Read the ingredients.
Prices for tasty homemade dumplings are ok, service is great. I recommend a reservation.
