Vegeterian-friendly dishes - Edit
The Bumblebee Stew is delicious for vegetarians and omnivores alike. I have to agree with other reviewers that it's probably not vegan; the sauce tastes creamy, and I would bet that there is likely butter in it.
In any case, it is a sweet and spicy dish that is one of my favorites here. Corn mingles with black beans, tomatoes and onions, all slow simmered and served over rice for a filling, tasty dish that anyone will enjoy.
This location has charm with its no-frills appearance, and the service is always fast and friendly. All-in-all, a great place to grab a vegetarian-friendly dish any night of the week.

Bumblebee - Edit
The Bumblebee stew is NOT vegan. Several locations add butter to the recipe.
