The staff is super kind and the first question was “are you vegan?” Haha😄They know the concept of vegan very well and explain the whole menu in English~ it was delicious!

Pros: Food is delicious , Kind staff

Very home cooked - felt like we were in a Korean home. We were welcomed with "Are you vegan" after some time hunting for somewhere to eat, it was a huge relief.

Pros: The vegan options were explained to us., The ingredients were so fresh.

Cons: Would be helpful to have one menu in English.

The restaurant says home cooked style. And also found that the food wasn't oily. They start with serving vegan soup and ended with coffee or juice.

Pros: Nice staff, Tasty food , Good vegan options

Welcome feeling - Edit

I cannot deny the sign next to the entrance saying that it’s a home style restaurant, it indeed is, starting with the service, starter vegan soup, dishes full then ever with vegetables, and finishing with small beverage as a dessert( coffee, tea or juice)
Since I came to Korea 3 weeks ago, I’ve had hard time finding places that put a lot of veggies in their dishes, but this restaurant did and I am really happy about that.
Yes I have to say it is more on the pricey side, I hade the dumplings and fried rice and paid 28,000. If I only have had the dumplings, even though they were delicious, I would be still hungry. The fried rice was a tiny bit spicy, had many beans sprouts, carrots, paprika, mushrooms and vegan meat inside.

Pros: Delicious vegan options , Soup as an appetizer

Cons: A bit pricey

Excellent food and warm atmosphere - Edit

This restaurant has an entire vegan menu if you ask for it and is just by a river perfect for a pre-dinner stroll. The staff are warm and friendly and the food and wine delicious. Definitely recommend in Gangneung!
