Lovely looking restaurant, claiming to be a vegetarian and vegan specialist

We booked for breakfast after coming across this place by chance. The sign outside stated vegetarian and vegan specialists, which was instantly appealing to us.

However the breakfast menu had just 1 vegan option, smashed avocado with tomato on toast. I’m sure it would be lovely, but we felt disappointed at the extremely limited choice for somewhere claiming to be a vegan specialist. In fact, even their hash browns were only listed as vegetarian. We asked if there were any other options at all and was told that there was not.

We were told that they had more choice on their full menu, but it wasn’t being served in the morning.

We left there and went elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very nice inside and out.

Pros: Clean and well presented, Lovely setting inside and out, with alpacas, Friendly staff

Cons: Only 1 vegan option on the breakfast menu
