Creative Vegan Flavors - Edit
Jeni’s ice cream has gone viral nationwide and their Buckhead, Atlanta location is always sure to have 2-3 rotating vegan options on hand and more available as to-go pints.

The ice cream usually has a good taste, but different flavors have been hits or misses. Most vegan ice creams are either sorbets or coconut-based (which sometimes means a heavy coconut flavor). Also, the complimentary waffle garnish/waffle bowls are not vegan as they contain milk & egg. The ice cream can also be decently pricey with a standard size rivaling the cost of a pint in grocery stores - including next door at Whole Foods.
Despite that, the Jeni’s ice cream shop is a fun after-dinner/late night destination to go out for ice cream. I appreciate having multiple vegan options - especially ones that aren’t just sorbet.
