Best Vegan options in town!

Usually I’m very restrictive when reviewing a non-vegan restaurant, however, Jengibre has so many excellent options that I can’t avoid giving 4 stars (would give 5 if the app allowed me). Honestly, Jengibre has more and better options than several vegan-only places I’ve been to. If you are visiting el pueblo magico de Metepec, it is totally worth going a bit out of the touristic area to eat here.
We moved to Metepec not too long ago, and since we came here the first time we kept coming every single weekend.
Make sure to check the working hours because as I write this review, they are serving until 2pm (and mentioned that soon the will expand.

Pros: Lots of delicious vegan options, Free parking right in front, Very friendly staff

Cons: Closes at 2pm (will extend soon)
