Only two Vegan doughnuts - Edit
This is a nice little shop, but they only have two Vegan options. I just went with the chocolate. The regular doughnuts look good but today I'm going Vegan. All the employees are super nice. They have outside seating to enjoy your goodies.

The presence of JD Flannel in the Southern OC is a true blessing. The fact that they offer a vegan donut that tastes great is a delicious problem in my life! 🍩😋

Texture is like NO OTHER! - Edit
Can’t say enough amazing things about John and Dave’s donut haven. When I consumed an omnivorous diet, I loved this place. My kids and husband did too. Since going V/PB this place is still a favorite! Yes for the hubby and kids too!! My 7 year old loves the coconut. They always have V/GF options and on Thursday there’s a special debut flavor for the day. The yeast donuts are amazing and so are their cake options. The coconut is my favorite but wow their maple yeast raised omg. And their churro twist. Ridiculous. John told me they have a secret veggie that gives it its signature texture. My gosh these donuts are what every donut on the planet should be made after. I’d rate this 5 stars if I were allowed!! Please make a smoked Apple fritter version of the V/GF again! I heard it was amaaaaaaZing x 3000!

Very good vegan Apple Fritter! - Edit
We went down on Saturday, and got their vegan apple fritter. It was seriously amazing. I asked the woman working (who was very nice), and she said they have at least one vegan option a month. Always clearly listed!
