A pasta studio that makes fresh pasta out of Danish heritage grains (only high quality flour and water). Grain varieties rotate weekly, as do toppings. Eat-in or take-away. Pasta of the day can always be made with vegan toppings. Hosts private dinners as well as offering catering. Open Tue-Fri 10:00-16:00, Sat 12:00-17:00.

Pasta prepared freshly with love. The "forgotten/rare" types of flour come from the region. Everything is prepared fresh here from A to Z. The owners put their heart and soul into it. The stools in the seating area by the large window invite you to linger a little longer and stay for a coffee and a chat.
