Disappointed - Edit
I stopped in hoping for a nice lunch. I was disappointed. It was all veggie but with only one vegan option. The sandwich was really bad. The fresh juice was good, but that's not too hard to do. I was disappointed by both the food and the service.
Cons: Unfriendly Staff, Limited Vegan Options, Didn't taste good

Cool little place - Edit
The place is really small, but confy too!
Read that it was busy at noon, and I did not test that - went for dinner, and had:
- a lentil soup (not big, but super tasty)
- a carrot-cabbage-grains salad (really nice)
- a whole wheat and grains bread/biscuit (tasty, crunchy, great)
It's true there are not that many vegan options, which is a pity (a lot of the salads have cheese in them for instance - that could be added as an option, for instance, so everyone can enjoy the core substance? and cookies are made with eggs and butter, really unnecessary). The other negative point is the plastic: almost everything is boxed.
Pros: tasty, healthy, low prices
Cons: not too many vegan options, salads in plastic boxes, even for inside

Cheap Takeaway - Edit
Very small take away with only a few tables to sit down. the room looks cutr but there is a piano hanging from the ceiling, so watch you head ;)! The food was good and compared with all the other countries I traveld amazingly cheap (humus = around 1 euro) but because its a takeaway, you always get a load of plastic...
Pros: Good food, not that much vegan things, Very cheap (you can eat lunch for 5 euro)
Cons: not a lot of vegan options, too much plastic

Shame on belgrade if this is all it has to offer - Edit
This is a small small place on the Boulevard. Has some seating. The drinks are custom-juiced but expensive. there are some vegan dishes like small sandwiches but they are very small and expensive.
I'm sure it's just fine for the health food raw foodists fish eating trendy "vegetarians", though.
Pros: there *are* vegan choices, nice drinks
Cons: price, small rations, more trendy that hunger friendly
