Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe-style venue with retro-esque furniture. All food is made-in-house (including the bread). Most meals can be made gluten free on request if it is not already. A vegan breakfast is available and on the regular menu and in addition many of the sweets are vegan. Staff are knowledgeable about which dishes are already (or can easily be made) vegan. Non-dairy spreads like nuttelex are also readily available. Can be slow during peak periods because everything is made fresh. Confirmed closed, Apr 2017.

Worth the short trip to this little establishment - Edit
If you can't find anything in Penrith or surrounding it's worth taking the short trip up to Glenbrook to visit Jazz Apple. only a small place but the food is pretty yummy.
They have a vegan breakfast which consists of avocado, mushrooms and spinach with polenta and a yummy tomato salsa.
I also had a dark chocolate hot chocolate (make sure you ask for no marshmallows) and this was awesome.
there are several other things on the menu that can be veganised.
Staff are also friendly.
