A Must Try - Edit
This is a gem in the heart of the Hudson Valley, not only it is very homey, friendly warm with the best coffee around but they are incredibly accommodating to the Vegan community. They will literally make anything your heart desires. The owner is from Italy and his dishes are definitely leaning towards a Mediterranean style, the soups are always vegan, they make all sorts of salad combinations, they offer daily specials often vegan, like lasagna, stuffed peppers, flatbread and they also have vegan cheese. This is the only place in the area that carries vegan croissants and cookies and they are delicious. Try any of their specialty lattes with oat milk, you won’t regret it. I would give 5 ⭐️ if the would let me!
