Serves meat, vegan options available. Franchise deli restaurant founded in Beaumont, Texas with the opening of its first outlet in 1976. Offers vegetarian choices for wraps, sandwiches, and soups plus there is a salad bar. Ask for the "vegan all the way" options like the organic vegetable soup, nutty mixed up salad, spinach veggie wrap, steamed veggies, tortilla chips and guacamole or hummus, and fresh fruit. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-10:00pm.

Healthy and filling - Edit
I get a plain potato with pico de gallo and green onions here if I am really hungry. Their potatoes are huge. The salad bar is also pretty good. They do have a vegan wrap on the menu. My wish list: I would love the option of a plain potato or vegan soup (they don't have a vegan soup) with salad bar for less money.

Chain with many veggie options - Edit
Jason's Deli is a widespread chain that features many vegetarian and gluten-free options. The food is decent. Vegan choices are fewer but still plentiful. There is free non-vegan ice cream. We had a good filling lunch here.
