This was a convenient place to stop off I40. There were a handful of vegetarian options. We had the nutty salad (no chicken), salad bar and grilled cheese. Great service, clean, and good food.

Vegan options like vegetable soup, spinach wrap (order with no cheese), steamed veggies, fruit, a great salad bar, and guacamole. There is a menu that shows what the vegan options are, so ordering is simple.

Solid Choice - Edit
In addition to a well-stocked salad bar with good hummus, they also have a separate menu listing items that are completely vegan. Just ask! They’ve recently added back in their sweet potato with spinach and avocado option, but be sure to ask for the no-dairy version without cheese. If you’re looking for fresh options, this is a solid choice on the road. You can also stock up on snacks and supplies at the Aldi next door.
