Serves meat, vegan options available. This is a small Mexican food restaurant that is locally owned and family run, located near the airport, that has a full page of vegetarian dishes that can easily be made vegan upon request by asking to omit cheese in most dishes. Try the guacamole, the salsa, and the relleno de vegetal. They use cauliflower tortillas. Open Mon-Fri 6:00am-10:00pm, Sat-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

One of my go-to's - Edit
I frequent Jasmines a lot! I mainly go for their caldo de vegetales but interested in trying the rest of the vegetarian menu! I'm doing Veganuary so I love the fact I can ask for modifications from heir menu to make things fully vegan!

Excellent and Fresh Mexican - Edit
This place was a last minute find on happy cow as we were staying near the Austin airport for an early morning flight the next day. Food was absolutely amazing and authentic Mexican. Menu has a vegetarian page and super easy to make vegan for almost every item (order no cheese). The food was fresh, not soaked in oil or salt and flavors exceptional! Jose was our server and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great smile! Highly recommend this place!

Great vegetarian Tex-Mex! - Edit
Would give five stars if able. I got the veggie fajitas...awesome. Looked like most of the vegetarian menu items can be made vegan with no cheese. Fresh salsa is really good as well.
