It's edible - Edit

They have a few varieties of vegetable sushi which are meh, but no simple ones like just an avocado roll. I asked if they could make just an avocado roll and they said no. They also said they didn't have tofu which I thought was odd since tofu was offered on just about every category on the menu. The fried rice however is amazing!

Not bad for a small town in Kentucky - Edit

We stopped by Jasmine after looking at their menu online and seeing that their Thai dishes might be modified for vegan tastes. Sure enough, it was easy to specify tofu as the protein, and the drunken noodles were the same. A surprise: we were offered brown rice (instead of white) to go along with our dishes. All tasted good, with good flavors. Portions could have been bigger but was plenty for two. Since Murray is a college town, there should be more and healthier choices, but there aren't... yet.

Pros: One of the few possibilities in Murray, Flavorful food, well prepared

Cons: Far from whole-food plant-based, Could have more veggies in all dishes
