Rizal Street, Port Barton, Palawan, Philippines

Serves meat, vegan options available. A small stall in front of the church and very close to the Coast Guard office in Port Barton. Food is mostly vegetarian with the exception of one salad that you can add canned tuna to on request. Does not cook any meat on premises. Offers some vegan dishes and others that can be made vegan (instead of condensed milk, will use soy milk). Double check on the pancakes because often the already prepared mix contains milk. Affiliated with Mabuti Coffee and Ice Cream which is just around the corner (vegans can get smoothies there, but no ice cream). Previously named Vege Love Bistrot. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-9:00pm.

good value for money veggie food - Edit

Although the food can take more than 20 mins to arrive, this just means that it’s been cooked fresh and to order which is great!! So just take book to read whilst you wait.

We had the pumpkin coconut curry with rice and the veggie curry with rice. Both were tasty and filling

Pros: cheap, made fresh

Cons: rice portion could be a little bigger

Great and affordable food but loooong waiting time - Edit

Nice little place located just around the corner of coast guard that has quite some choice of vegan dishes for very affordable prices. My personal favorites were the crepes, but I also enjoyed the huge servings of pasta and rice noodles.
A big downside is that they take their time to prepare the dishes. Waiting times for an hour are pretty normal here and that's why I only give 3 out of 4 possible stars.
So in case you gotta catch a tour or van, better be there reeeeally early.

Pros: Plenty of tasty vegan dishes , Big servings, Cheap

Cons: Waiting time of an hour to get your food

Nice place near the beach, the offer some vegan options.
The frie drice and their rice noodles comes in a very huge serving, nearly good for two.
Food is nice an fresh prepared, so it can take a while.
Anyway its worht it

Pros: hughe servings (some dishes), fresh prepared, great taste

Cons: slow food (don't know if this is a real con), some dishes needs a bit more salt (for my taste)

Very nice place in town - Edit

Since I found it, I had all my meals there. The place is nice, well located and cheap. In the kitchen there is no meat or fish, beside canned tuna. Considering that we are in the Philippines and in a remote place, this is already a great veg place to me. Try the vegan stuffed crepes, delicious!! Water, coffee and tea are offered. Nice and friendly staff.

Pros: Almost 100% veg, Cheap, Good food

Cons: They take their time
