vegan sushi constructor available - Edit
Japanika has lots of vegan options! Salads, antipasti as well as sushi. They even have vegan sets of sushi, and for most of "stand-alone" sushis you can choose what ingredients you want inside them: sweet potato, carrot, green onion, avocado or something else. Tastes good!
