The dishes that can be requested vegan include: vegetarian jam bong stir-fry with rice, zara soba, veggie tofu jhim, chap chae with no meat (sweet potato noodles), vegetarian bibimbap amd dol sot (both ask for vegan sauce), kimchi stew with no pork, and various rolls.
