Small portions and not foreigner-friendly - Edit
I went here on my first day in Brazil. I had been studying Portuguese daily for over a year, but I obviously don't speak the language perfectly. At Japa Vegana, I went up to the counter three times (once to order, again to get soy sauce, and lastly to pay), and each time, right after I left the window the workers burst out laughing. It was obvious they were laughing at me and it made me extremely uncomfortable. The sushi had good flavor, but the rolls were the smallest I've ever seen and for the high price I would expect larger portions. We left hungry and feeling insulted.

Uma linha bem variada de sushis que atende qualquer paladar. Ainda oferecem no almoço um ótimo curry de grão de bico que é até mais gostoso que o sushi. Vale muito a pena.

Delicious vegan sushi - Edit
I loved this place. Everything was done with creativity and beauty. You can sit on picnic tables. It’s kind of a takeout place and you sit outside. Nice friendly.

It's a bit expensive but definitely worth the price, everything is super fresh and high-quality. The restaurant itself is just a counter and a few tables outside, it's clearly focused on delivery, but still nice to go and check it out. The mini harumaki was my least favorite item, too expensive and plain, not impressive at all. But the sushis were all delicious, I was positively surprised by the hot rolls fried on the air fryer! A healthier option and still very tasty. Overall, I would recommend it, but go prepared to spend.

Read moreComida bem preparada e todos os pratos com ótimo sabor. Porções pequenas, especialmente a de sunomono, que não vale o preço.
