okay if you're in need of a cheap lunch - Edit
Buffet style joint offering up a wide selection of food. The chief negative aspect of the food is it's lukewarm temperature; though here I'd say it is just warm enough to leave a neutral impression - better than another buffet place I've been to. Doubtful as to the foods cleanliness since there's nothing to prevent contamination either from other foodstuffs or from peoples reaching over to obtain a portion. Price is low, so if your not concerned about sanitation or insufficiently heated food this one makes for a decent lunch stop.
Pros: wide selection, low price
Cons: lukewarm food, unsanitary

No flesh except the alive, walking kind. - Edit
The food's pretty much the standard fare you'd find at places of this sort, and not hugely exceptional in quality; it's forte is good value. I'm not sure I'd agree regarding any greasiness - yes there were the usual spring rolls and deep fried items, but there were naturally enough curries and bowls of salad & fruit; this being the first time I've noticed the latter. Mock meats weren't everywhere.
Unlike a similar place in Greek Street (south of G-A-Y, and round the corner from Foyles) this place is more open plan, and I'd say a bit more spacious than another incarnation along Euston Road. Ate three plates worth on Sunday and there were quite a few other patrons, but no jostling waiting turns for access to the dishes.
I believe the takeout's advertised as £3 (approx.) but I paid a bit over seven quid for a sit down without drinks. Seems reasonable although I stuck in the main to the plain rice and massaman curry. Good value I say.
Pros: Good value., Pleasant decor., Good service.
Cons: The usual suspects on the menu.

not for sensitive stomachs - Edit
Nice little place, friendly people, lots of dishes to choose from and insanely cheap, but everything seems to be (stir)fried in oil. Very greasy food, so it's a bit heavy on the stomach :-(. Also a lot of fake meats (gluten), so not recommended for people with gas issues *lol*
Pros: cheap, a lot of choice
Cons: too oily, too much fake meat

Good food and value - Edit
There are a lot of these thai buffet food places all over London now which is a great thing. This is one of our favourites, i say our as it is a group of students from Westminster uni. It is very friendly, has a great selection of vegan fodder and lots of fruit and veg which is where some of the others let themselves down a little. A must for all veggies, vegans and anyone else who wants good food without the London price tag.
Pros: Cheap, vegan, friendly

great value - Edit
really well priced lunchtime buffet, only £5.50. large selection of food. a mixture of veg and mock dishes, all of which i tried were mighty fine. they do a take away box for £3.50. very nice staff who were very helpful. the only downside, as with most buffets, is keeping everything warm. if i was in london i would go out of my way to go here.
Pros: great selection, nice staff, a bargain

great place! - Edit
we were a little tired of paying so much for little portions and bad service. this place was a fantastic find. the food is delicious-lots of hot and cold choices that are, according to the staff, all vegan. the hot food is great-soya beef and soya chicken options are delicious and hearty. only costs £5.50 for lunch and £6.50 for dinner buffet, with as many helpings as you want. staff is incredibly friendly-greeted us before we even entered the restaurant. there are several of these almost exactly the same all around the city, usually marked with a Tai Buffet sign.
Pros: inexpensive buffet, friendly staff
