I asked the waiter for a vegan option and he recommended this breakfast plate to me but I'm pretty sure it's not vegan, that thing looks a lot like scrambled eggs. They've got oat milk though.
Came here around 1pm on a Friday (during summer holidays), the place was pretty packed, the oat milk tea was OK, nothing special, but then again, there are few cafés that offer vegan milk options besides Starbucks. (some menus don't show the oat milk option, just ask the staff, it's an extra 35 NTD and available for all beverages)
They don't add sugar, but give you liquid sugar packs to add if needed.
Please note, the "special milk tea", even when adding oat milk, contains coffee creamer by default, so I am not sure if it would be vegan or not.
