clean, delicious, and tasty food. Helpful friendly staff make this one of my favorite stops when I'm in the area. Great use of space with logical lay out of food and non food items

They have a great food counter with lots of vegan options. I've often found expired goods being sold here. They need to do a better job of watching their inventory for this issue.

A Gem in Oceanside - Edit
Small organic produce department; huge grocery department with every conceivable ingredient you could need for cooking; boatloads of vitamins and supplements... BUT what makes this store a TRUE gem is the deli department. There's always a large variety of freshly prepared vegetarian and vegan foods, always delicious and special. Not only are the selections amazing...not only are the employees pleasant and helpful...THE INGREDIENTS ARE LISTED ON EACH ITEM!! For people with important food preferences, and even more urgently, for people with food allergies and sensitivities, this is a G-d send! (BUT...please move your establishment east a little...maybe to Massapequa Park!!!)
