I see people saying “carrot bacon” and I think to myself: I gotta try that. And it’s worth the hype! Had the vegan BLT and it was incredible. Some of the most flavorful vegan mayo I’ve ever had. Definitely a great start to the morning.

I had the avocado, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough. I really appreciate that the vegan egg is tofu, makes it a little more unique. I should've gotten a bagel though, the ingredients would fit better. I think some sort of sauce would help the sandwich too. Iced oatmilk matcha latte was good, but I think nondairy is an upcharge.

Carrot Bacon! - Edit
We got the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and their carrot bacon was amazing! The whole sandwich was so good, including the seasoned tofu as the egg but the carrot bacon was the highlight for sure!

Went to James Oliver Coffee in Corktown Detroit this morning to try their breakfast and was not disappointed.

Their toasted bagel sandwiches were great and filling. The vegan Avocado egg cheese is probably my favorite.
I got a mocha latte and matcha latte with Lavender, both with almond milk. They're some of the best drinks I've had. There's no non-dairy milk upcharge either!
Will definitely come back 😁

Great breakfast sandwiches and they make their own egg (tofu) and bacon (tempeh). In a restaurant would full of “gardein reheaters”, I appreciate the extra effort. Bagels are great as well!

Bagel sandwiches don’t disappoint - Edit
I have been coming here every weekend it seems to get a bagel sandwich with seasoned tofu as the egg, carrot bacon and vegan cheese on a salt bagel. Soooo good. Nice atmosphere to sit for awhile and read, work, or contemplate life.

A lot of plant based milk options although it is a steep up charge. The bagels are great - they always have vegan cream cheese. Wish they had at least one vegan sweet treat option!!

I happened upon this place a couple months ago and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have several labeled vegan menu items, and most of their menu can be made vegan. My favorite is the vegan bacon egg & cheese sandwich! 10/10 recommend this place for breakfast or brunch!
