Several vegan options - Edit
Our meat eating friends from Aspen asked us to meet them at this restaurant. We looked them up online and could only find fajitas that would meet our vegan lifestyle. We were pleasantly surprised when we went and saw their menu in person. They had several items that were vegan, although they were marked as being vegetarian. They’re enchiladas are excellent as are the other items tried.
