Amazing Vegan Pizza - Edit
There was a very sweet American woman working at this little joint. Totally caught us by surprise as she was speaking Norwegian as we walked in. She was incredibly accommodating..allowing us to create a hybrid pizza of sorts. It was one of the best pizzas my mouth and belly have ever encountered. Sometimes, I wake up in the middle of the night and am calmed back to sleep with visions of this incredible pizza. Also, this town has a wonderful Farmer's Market...full of chanterelle mushrooms and hot peppers (which I snuck in to eat with my pizza). (What more could one ask for?)

Probably the best bread in the world. And now with a cozy cafe serving healthy organic and vegetarian food it is Stavanger's lifesaver.
Hope more people will discover and that the menu may also expand a bit.
Pros: organic, clean and tasty food, cozy
Cons: small variety of meals
